Collection: White wines

Our Organic White Wines — from Grenache Blanc to Award-Winning Chardonnay

Two approaches to white wine from our Domazan estate: Château Blanc, an AOP Côtes du Rhône made from Grenache Blanc, mineral with a slight roundness — ideal with fish, goat cheese, and fondue. And our Chardonnay IGP Pays d'Oc, more aromatic, awarded a Gold Medal at the Mâcon Competition 2024 (2023 vintage).

Both are Bureau Veritas organic certified, grown on our Gard terroir since 1978. Available in 75cl bottles, magnum (1.5L), or 3L bag-in-box for the Château Blanc CDR.

What is the difference between Château Blanc and Chardonnay?
Château Blanc is an AOP Côtes du Rhône made from Grenache Blanc: Provençal terroir, mineral, slightly rounded, typical of the Gard region. Chardonnay is an IGP Pays d'Oc: an international grape variety, more aromatic (citrus, white flowers), with a fresher attack. One pairs well with fish and goat cheese, the other with seafood and sushi.
At what temperature should an organic white wine from the Gard be served?
Between 10 and 12°C for both cuvées. Take the bottle out of the refrigerator 10-15 minutes before serving — a white wine that is too cold will mask its aromas. In summer, an ice bucket (without over-chilling) is ideal.
How long does a white bag-in-box keep?
Our 3L White BIB keeps for up to 6 weeks after opening, in the refrigerator. The inner pouch prevents contact with oxygen — this is the key advantage of the BIB format compared to an opened bottle (max 3-4 days).
