OUR PRODUCTS
Characteristics
The characteristics of the wines offered for sale (bottles, magnums, gift boxes, etc…) are described on the product sheets displayed on our website chateau-coccinelles.com. These sheets provide you with all the information concerning: the colour, the grape varieties, the distinctions, the possible AOP or IGP, and where applicable the conditions of service and storage.
Thus the products sold possess a typicity and characteristics of their own that confer upon them the quality of specific goods, making them identifiable both in their nature and in their quantity.
The Buyer acknowledges being aware of the specific storage conditions, in particular temperature and humidity, and handling of the wines and undertakes to comply with these conditions.
Contract – acceptance
The Customer waives the benefit of articles 1585 to 1587 of the Civil Code, and therefore any tasting or acceptance, so that the contract is formed as soon as there is agreement on the thing and on the price.
