LEGAL WARRANTIES

CHATEAU DES COCCINELLES is bound to apply the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code and the Civil Code.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD

For any purchase of our wines online on this site and pursuant to article L. 121-16 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of 14 (fourteen) clear days from the delivery of their order to return the goods at their own expense, provided that the item has not been used, is in its original packaging and is accompanied by the delivery note. In exchange, the buyer will receive a refund of all sums paid (namely the refund of the purchase price of the goods and the initial shipping costs) within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days, or a credit note.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify their decision to withdraw from this contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period by means of an unambiguous statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email) to the following contact details:

Effects of withdrawal:

In the event of withdrawal by the customer from this contract, CHATEAU DES COCCINELLES will refund to the customer all payments received, including delivery costs, no later than fourteen days from receipt by CHATEAU DES COCCINELLES of the returned order.

The goods must be returned to the address that will appear on the letterhead of the invoice no later than fourteen days after the customer has communicated their decision to withdraw from this contract. This period is deemed to be met if the customer sends back the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

Coverage of return costs

CHATEAU DES COCCINELLES  will only cover the return costs (at the base rate in force) if one of the following two conditions is met:

  • If the delivery proves not to conform to the order,
  • If the customer has registered reservations with the carrier. In this case, the customer must contact the CHATEAU DES COCCINELLES customer service.
