When you taste a wine, have you ever had headaches, stomach pains, sneezing or fatigue? If so, don't worry your body is just reacting to the added sulfites in wine .
Sulphites are most often naturally present in wine. They are added to promote conservation by limiting its oxidation. But this addition can sometimes erase and/or freeze the character of the wine. So worst case scenario, you'll end up with a migraine and wine that doesn't really taste good.
