MIDI LIBRE - The Garric wine events

During one of its meetings, the Garric users' collective discussed the possibility of occasionally offering wine tasting events, in partnership with local wineries. The first of these events will take place on Sunday, March 23, with a "wine blending battle workshop," proposed by winemaker Jean-Baptiste Mangin of the Château des Coccinelles estate in Domazan in order to "… for a moment, become an oenologist and create the wine that suits you." The workshop, which will begin at 10:30 a.m., will last two and a half hours and will include a snack prepared by Patricia Aubert, the manager of the Café de Pays.
